Toilet Leaks 3 Inches of Water into House
We have run into those where we get a get a call from a frantic person. Her mom passed away, left in the house. “'She was trying to change out an angle stop on my toilet, and it just broke off, spraying everywhere”. Filled her house up with water. She can't figure out anybody to help her.
So I jump in a truck, head over there, and shut the water off. Walk inside, and the water is 3 inches deep in her house. Her hardwood floors are all ruined. We were able to fix the toilet leak, but there was a lot of water damage.
