Plumber Near Me has been consistently professional, communicative, on time and thorough. I called last week to order a preventive maintenance visit for my water heater.

It was installed to City Of Austin Code by Plumber Near Me two years ago. Randi Dodd dispatched the plumber whose name is Casey. Randi followed up the arrival time and answered my questions. Casey checked out the water heater for function, verified there were no leaks, and drained some of the water to remove any sediment buildup. He treated me and my wife with respect and explained everything to us. While he was here, he quoted a second project on the spot and we gave him the go ahead. He replaced two valves on the fill lines ahead of our washing machine. The necessary parts were on his truck. He was efficient and quite skilled in getting this job done. He also checked the pressure on our incoming water line and gave us some good advice about caring for our system. Casey was respectful of property, We were extremely pleased with his work ethic and high level of technical skill.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Fast response for the initial visit/schedule, prompt and on time, super professional and courteous. Dewey and Stephen were friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. They completed the work at a reasonable price.The guys addressed my leaking shower and when I inquired about my boiler, which had recently sprung a leak and was giving out, Stephen offered to take care of it the same day. In my mind I expected this kind of repair to drag on at least a few days but nope! Stephen got the old one out and a brand new one in along with fixing the shower in a few hours. By the time he left my shower was back to normal and the boiler was already producing hot water.

This is the second time we have used Plumber Near Me. Casey showed up both times, within an hour of my panicked phone call The first time we had a very clogged water heater with no hot water. He worked into the late evening hours to clean it and get our hot water back. Its been a couple years since that first issue with no other problems! This morning, our water heater sprung a leak and I knew it was time for an upgrade (it's a 12 year old unit). We had a new water heater installed within 4 hours of my call.
